The publisher, the reuse of the tables, and the limits of what a documentation desk promises.
The State Wraps Register at statewraps.com is published by the desk, which writes the pages and reads the mail at contact@statewraps.com. The desk is not a company, holds no stock and takes no payment, and the terms below govern the use of the site rather than any sale, because there is nothing to buy.
What the register is, and is not
The register is a documentation site on arrow wrap film. It is not the shop that traded on this domain until 2020, and no page of this site offers a product, a price, an order or a delivery; the addresses of that business are not reproduced here. It is not the shell that occupied the domain afterwards either, and nothing that shell published is carried forward.
The register is also not a supplier of advice. A reader who buys a product of any kind does so on their own judgment, and no page of this site recommends one maker, one design or one purchase over another, because the register has nothing to sell and no arrangement with anyone who does.
The figures, and what they are worth
Every figure on the site is published with its kind: a definition, an arithmetic result on stated inputs, or a note that the record is silent. The arithmetic figures are true of their inputs and of nothing else, and the site says so in the rows of the spec table and in the procedure of editorial standards. Nothing on the site is offered as a warranty of any product, and no claim is made that the register is complete.
The register states what the archive of the domain supports, and where the archive is silent it says so. A reader who needs a figure for a purpose that matters is invited to take the measurement themselves, and the desk explains in write to the desk how such a figure would be published.
Reuse of the tables and the text
The spec table and the glossary may be quoted, and the desk asks for three things: that the quotation names the register, that it carries a link to the page quoted, and that it keeps the conditions that travel with an arithmetic figure. A figure quoted without its inputs is not a quotation from this site, because it is not a sentence the site contains.
Any other reuse of the text beyond quotation is a request, and requests go to the address above. The site holds no third party advertising and carries no sponsored material, so there is no syndicated content on it whose provenance needs tracing.
Designs, marks and the archive
The designs the register describes belong to whoever owns them, and the register describes them without reproducing them as products for sale. Where a page names a state, the name is used as the name of a place whose flag was printed on a film, and not as an endorsement of anything by that state.
The archive the register cites is a public record of captures. The desk quotes what those captures state, reports their claims as claims, and does not reproduce the identity, the address or the contact details of any business that has traded here.
